In order to prevent students and parents from being misled by false information regarding the curriculum, study guides, and practice exams for the 2024–25 school year, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released a warning alert.

The Board warned that some websites and online portals are disseminating old links and unreliable news, but it also urged students to avoid falling for the trick of unreliable sources on the internet.

According to the statement, information obtained from unapproved sources may be false and lead to needless confusion among parents, teachers, students, and other stakeholders.

For accurate information and updates, the Board recommended students to visit the CBSE website only.
