India and the European Union had their third high-level dialogue in New Delhi.

New Delhi: In New Delhi, the third High-Level Dialogue (HLD) between India and the EU was place. Piyush Goyal, the minister of commerce and industry, and Valdis Dombrovskis, the executive vice president of the European Commission, discussed the three current negotiations between India and the EU. An independent Investment Protection Agreement, a Geographical Indications Agreement, and an India-EU Free Trade Agreement are the subjects of these negotiations.

They accepted that both parties had made significant strides in the same direction. The Ministers reviewed the current status of the India-EU Trade and Technology Council and had a general discussion about the issues surrounding market access on both sides. During the meeting, there was a brief discussion of the approaching MC-13 issues.
