Final preparations for the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya

The big Pran Pratishtha ritual of Ram Lala virajman, which will take place in Ayodhya on Monday, is almost ready for action. Despite Darshan being closed until January 22 due to pre-Pran Pratishtha rites, thousands of rambhakts have traveled to Ayodhya City to watch the spectacular ceremony. The sound of Jay Shri Ram and Ram bhajans reverberates over the entire city of Ayodhya.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to attend the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on Monday, and thousands of Ram bhakts from all over the world have travelled to Ayodhya to witness the historic movement. Various non-governmental organisations are organising langars throughout the city, including in Ayodhya’s Chhoti Chhavni neighborhood, 1100 quintal laddoos are being made for Ram Lala’s bhog. There are unprecedented security measures in place, including as state police, province armed constabulary, and paramilitary groups. For the convenience of female devotees, female police officers have also been assigned.
