Job Highlights:

  • MBA Business Administration or International Business preferred
  • Minimum 20 years experience in handling various projects for interior design and turnkey Interior fit out works.
  • Engineering Electrical or Mechanical / Architectural Degree
  • Extensive expertise in Client management, Business development, Sales, Vendor Development, Strategic Procurement, Team Management, Contracts negotiation, Managing Tenders, Control costs, Business support and strategic planning in GCC countries.
  • Ensuring quality at the project site possess the unique quality of handling high pressure environments with ease and open mind;
  • Equipped and expertise with various latest engineering tools and techniques, cost evaluation techniques and tools to produce cost effective solutions.
  • Process oriented, improvement and implementing.
  • Strategic plans and risk management.
  • Ability to manage changes with effective problems solving & decision-making.
  • Strong analytical ability to address the problems & conduct root causes analysis.
  • Dynamic and willing to take on challenges while simultaneously managing several projects.
  • Domain knowledge of financial and budgetary concepts.
  • Good Handle on IT skills
  • Strong articulation & embedding of overall Vision and Mission which is understood and implemented by all staff.
  • Significant experience in achieving the best from multi-cultural teams & building productive relationships with international clients and suppliers.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Interior design and turnkey fit out works
  • AutoCAD
  • ERP

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Fully Responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handing multiple interior design and Fit out works related to Institutional buildings, Infrastructure.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive Interior Designs / built environment, plans, layouts, working drawings, construction details to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters; flair for adopting modern construction methodologies / techniques in compliance with quality standards.
  • Overseeing the business growth in Oman Market
  • Fiscal Management, Proposal Development, Deal Structuring, Formulating Policies/Procedures
  • Support the organization for digital transformation into the next level
  • Recruitment and mentoring of Project and construction management teams

Additional Details:

  • Masters degree in business administration or International Business preferred.
  • Experience with similar EPC and Services firms
  • Architectural, Electrical or mechanical Engineering background
  • GCC experience is must
  • Valid Omani Driver License preferred
