According to the Minister, a call center and an online site have been created as part of the Krishi Rakshak site and Helpline, an integrated grievance redressal process that enables farmers to voice their complaints, questions, and concerns. A wide range of insurance products, including coverage for health, life, property, agricultural equipment, automotive assets, and disaster risks, are available through the cutting-edge SARTHI (Sandbox for Agricultural and Rural Security, Technology, and Insurance) platform. The Learning Management System (LMS), according to the Minister, is intended to completely transform the training and knowledge-sharing environment for those involved in putting important agricultural programs into place all throughout the nation. Attending the ceremony were Kailash Chaudhary and Shobha Karandlaje, the Ministers of State for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture, respectively.
