Recruitment of Trade Apprentices in Indian Railway SCR 2023

New Delhi: Those who have finished their ITI (Industrial Training Institute) schooling are eligible for apprenticeship opportunities with the Indian Railways. In a notice published by the South East Central Railway (SECR), it was announced that 836 apprentices will be hired in 21 different ITI crafts, including those for fitters, carpenters, welders, COPAs, electricians, and stenographers. On the official website secr.indianrailways.gov.in, interested candidates may submit their applications online.

The South-East Central Railway will provide a year of apprenticeship training. By no later than July 7, interested candidates must submit their applications. The candidates will be chosen for ITI Trade Apprenticeship Training based on their ITI scores. The chosen applicants will next be determined using a merit list created using these scores.

The number of vaccancies reported in Nagpur Division is 772 seats and 64 seats are available in Nagpur. Candidates must have at least 50% in their class 10 exams to be eligible for an ITI apprenticeship in the railroads. Additionally, they must be linked with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and possess an ITI qualification in the pertinent trade that is acknowledged by the government.
