Job description
We are looking for Quality Engineer
Job Purpose
To assure and control the overall process and product quality in order to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establishing Quality Standards & implementing stringent Quality Control Systems.
2. To monitor and control the process through regular inspection and testing of in process and product characterstics.
3. To evaluate the vendors for Raw Materials.
4. To maintain the calibration records of all lab equipments with traceability certificate.
5. To develop the Database System for QA.
6. Statistical Analysis of Database System and make inference from it.
7. To train the subordinates in terms of process & product knowledge.
8. To follow the lab safety standards & to guide the subordinates regarding lab safety.
9. To do the risk analysis and develop the disposal plan of hazardous waste of lab.
10. To do the Root Cause Analysis and implement the Corrective and Preventive Action at shopfloor.
11. To face the Safety and Quality Audits (internal as well as external).
12. To develop & maintain the good housekeeping in working area.
Communication and Working Relationships
1. To maintain the professionalism and to establish the healthy & positively environment among seniors, colleagues & subordinates.
Education & experiences:
Degree in quality, industrial or mechanical engineering.
ASQ certificate preferred, or a similar role
Experience coding & using QA software tools processes
4 years and above experience in the same filed
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent project management skills.
