Qualification Required
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
No of years Experience
10 Years’ Experience in the operations and maintenance of similar kind of systems (Mechanical Systems MEP).
Experiences
He must be exposed operation and maintenance of various systems and other work stated in this tender/contract scope.
He shall be familiar with method of testing, inspection, repairs and routine servicing of Mechanical & FPS Systems according to the local and international standards.
He shall also have the knowledge and capability of diagnosing, analyzing and troubleshooting faults and malfunction related to Mechanical systems mentioned in this tender.

Job Description
Work under Clients Engineer/Representative to complete all the tasks required by mentioned in scope of work or related to mechanical maintenance.
He shall lead mechanical maintenance team supplied by contractor to fulfil all required activates as per scope of work & services to be operated as per this tender.
Submit reports on time basis as per required by Client’s Engineer.
Prepare spare parts lists needed to complete the maintenance work or required by Client’s Engineer.
Work in weekends and public holydays in emergencies and if required by Client’s Engineer.
Review Preventive maintenance plan and suggest the best practice to complete PPM plan to save time and cost.
Prepare documentation related to PPM schedules, spare parts requests, & organize them.
