Manager

  1. Underwrite life insurance applications for Individual including online term, Credit and Group plans.
  2. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  3. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  4. Coordinate with channel and NB team to ensure complete and correct medical reports in the timeline defined.
  5. Support the Claims team for investigation of the claims involving Medicals and underwriting inputs on the same.
  6. Provide the required data, justifications and underwriting inputs for cases raised by compliance under AML.
  7. Ensure timely & accurate generation of MIS Reports as per pre-defined frequency for internal teams & external stakeholders like IRDA for Decline Life Database.
  8. Managing customer queries and complaints.
  9. Monthly collation of the data for the placed cases with the reinsurer and sharing of the same with them as well as internal teams.
  10. Liaison with the Reinsurer for New & Existing product updating and revision.
  11. Trace query login for system improvement on better deliverables
  12. Good Technical skill ,Negotiation skills and communication skills
