Designation: Civil Maintenance Supervisor in operation & Maintenance

Education: Diploma/Engineering

Exp:10+years

Notice: Immediate joinee

Project Duration:1 year Renewable contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • A: Heavy Oil Complex Operation (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP)
  • B: Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/DHT/HPU/PSA)
  • C: Sulfur/Utilities Complex Operations (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP)
  • D: Offsite/Logistics Complex Operations (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, Product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings)
  • Carries out day-to-day duties related to Asset and Static facility operation, such as, civil works, insulation, painting & Refractory.
  • Supervises the activities of assigned personnel civil works
  • Supervises Civil works, Insulation, painting, Scaffolding, Refractory, crane, forklifts and trailers contractor staff
  • Supervises chemical and diesel delivery and distribution.
  • Receives civil work orders and assigns job to individual craftsmen and technicians.
  • Close all work orders in SAP system and informs senior Specialist and Team leader about the status of pending works.
  • Reviews daily schedule and follows up on jobs to be done and outstanding jobs in progress.
  • Identifies the tools or special equipment required for performing section tasks to ensure safe and accurate operation.
  • Develops and executes the Training Program for technicians.
  • Records time sheets for all Non plant Technicians in data base system.
  • Control of Overtime and ensures the same is distributed evenly among the team…
  • Background and experience
  • 10+ years of total experience, and 4 years as a Supervisor Maintenance in similar Area (Civil) within the Refinery industry.
  • Knowledge of:
  • Knowledge of civil works, Scaffold, Painting, Insulation and Refractory.
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes:
  • Heavy Oil Complex Operation (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP)
  • Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/ /DHT/HPU/PSA)
  • Sulfur/Utilities Complex Operations (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP)
  • Offsite/Logistics Complex Operations (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings)
  • Familiar with Systems, Applications and Products in data processing (SAP).
  • Good knowledge of modern maintenance technologies & maintenance Planning and execution of Static Equipments painting, Insulation including tanks, vessels, furnaces, heat exchangers, valves and piping.
  • Good knowledge of modern maintenance technologies & maintenance Planning and execution of Civil, fire proofing and refractory work
  • Familiar with Systems, Applications, and Products in data processing (SAP).
  • Experience: Maintenance and upkeep of field Civil facilities
  • Experience and knowledge in project planning, cost control, contract development, installation, trouble shooting, and start-up.
  • Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials specifications and international standards.
  • Good experience in handling of Maintenance Contracts and shutdown related jobs.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
    • Expertise in SAP- PM
    • Process Equipment Life-Cycle Management
  • Broad understanding of relevant processes, plant and equipment regarding Civil facilities
  • Knowledge in operating and maintaining the reliability of all Civil facilities
  • Experience in condition monitoring systems of Civil Facilities.
  • Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans.
  • Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information/ reports
  • Knowledgeable in HSE plans related to maintenance activities.
  • Understanding of Process (P&IDs / PFDs) & Engineering drawings and OEM manuals.
