Opening for the position of Junior Manager – Customer Service (MIS) in Ageas Federal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (Head Office)

Location: Lower Parel / Currey Road
Job Purpose: Responsible for handling IGMS Complaints and Customer Service Related Queries.
Key Responsibility: Complaints / Query & MIS Management
1. Maintaining the Integrated Grievance Management System TAT to 2 days.
2. Preparing and Publishing Internal & Regulatory MIS to stakeholders and IRDAI within stipulated timelines.
3. Interactions with customers to understand their concern areas.
4. Periodic Analysis on Complaints and Trends for presentations.
5. Preparation of Presentation for Customer Service Committee, Policyholders Protection Committee, Business Reportings and Regulatory Reportings to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India along with daily reports to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India as per the new Insurance regulation.
6. Should be result oriented and able to work under strict deadlines.
7. Conducting daily checks on IGMS files, Trackers & MIS and ensuring all relevant documents are scanned by the team for future reference.
8. Correspondence with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and IGMS Technical and non-technical SPOCs for issues & resolution on IGMS
Systems & Processes
- Ensure compliance to various regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out necessary UAT with respect to system changes and provide feedback and also work on projects assigned.
