Gandhinagar will host the opening of the third G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting.

Gandhinagar: A Special Session on Infrastructure Investors Dialogue will take place today at GIFT City in Gandhinagar as part of the third G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors (FMCBGs) meeting. Bhupendra Patel, the chief minister of Gujarat, and Nirmala Sitaraman, the minister of finance for the union, will participate in the session. Both government and private sector officials will take part in the conversation.

International representatives will discuss a range of topics at the side events, according to Department of Economic Affairs Secretary Ajay Seth, including taxation, funding cities, and digital currency.

Tomorrow in Gandhinagar will mark the start of the third G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors (FMCBGs) conference. The Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Dr. Shaktikanta Das, and Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will co-chair the two-day FMCBG conference.

A number of side activities are being held today in GIFT City in Gandhinagar in conjunction with the third G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors FMCBG summit.
