New Delhi: In 45 places around the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi used video conferencing to present over 71 thousand appointment letters to newly hired recruits. The Karmayogi Prarambh module was also introduced by the prime minister. All new hires must complete the module, which is an online orientation course. The module encompasses human resource regulations, workplace ethics, and codes of behaviour for public employees. In order to improve their knowledge, skills, and competences, appointees will have the chance to explore additional courses on the igotkarmayogi.gov.in platform through this module.

The administration is working in mission mode to provide jobs, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in an address to the new appointments. Numerous rojgar melas have been held in a number of states, he claimed, and this effort will continue in the future.

The administration is placing a high premium on employing youth, who the prime minister described as the nation’s greatest asset. He pushed the new hires to learn more, hone their abilities, and concentrate on growing their capacity in order to become more effective. He said that the “Karmayogi Bharat” technology platform offers a number of online courses that will aid new hires in advancing their careers.
