Associate Consultant

RESPONSIBILITES: –

The Sales Strategy Operations Incentive Compensation Associate/Consultant will report to the Sales Strategy Operations Incentive Compensation Team Leader and will work with a team to provide support the sales incentives design and administration program for Eli Lilly Company s sales forces across the affiliates in International Business Unit (IBU). The IBU includes all geographies outside the United States and Canada.

Key accountabilities will include the following:

  • Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, IC Plans, sales performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
  • Create and optimize incentive plans for each sales role in IBU geographies while promoting global IBU consistency
  • Assist during the annual quota planning process and apply analytics to ensure optimal coverage models are being used
  • Manage communications of incentive plans and policies
  • Deliver trainings that ensure overall incentive program effectiveness
  • Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop an overall incentives strategy for IBU geographies
  • Conduct IC Health Check on effectiveness of field force incentives and help create the incentive plan for field force
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state/federal/local country marketing and promotion laws and regulations working with Global Compensation Team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor s Degree

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • BTech/ MBA with 3-8 years of experience in Incentive Compensation outside of US especially in Europe, LATAM and Asia Pacific
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (BI, Tableau) data systems (salesforce.com) and MS Office, SQL, Alteryx, Javelin tools.
  • Should understand incentive models for sales force

  • Prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations
  • Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
  • Experience in business analysis, Six Sigma Concepts, Project Transition, Project Management skills will be advantage.
