The government administration has increased transparency in the hiring process said by  Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to him, the government aims to finish the hiring process in a predetermined amount of time so that each candidate has an equal chance to demonstrate their skills. The Prime Minister was speaking following the video conference distribution of over a lakh employment letters to recently admitted personnel under the Rozgar Mela today.

Mr. Modi stated that all young people in today’s world are aware that they can succeed if they put in the necessary effort. He stated that since 2014, the government has made an effort to involve young people in the process of development. In ten years, Mr. Modi claimed, his government has created 1.5 times as many government jobs as the previous government did in ten years. According to him, the process of providing young people with government jobs has been moving quite quickly. Under the previous administrations, Mr. Modi stated, it used to take a long period from the time of the advertisement to the actual awarding of the position. He claimed that when work was delayed, bribery would frequently occur.

The prime minister declared, “Indian Railways is undergoing a significant transformation right now.” By the end of this decade, Indian Railways will undergo a total transformation, he declared. According to Mr. Modi, increased connection promotes economic growth on the whole. It promotes the growth of new industries and tourists, he said. India currently boasts the third-largest startup ecosystem, according to Mr. Modi. According to him, there are currently about 1.25 lakh startups in the nation, and these businesses are giving young people a lot of job options.
