Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for sales professionals for our enterprise team. You are expected to hunt
enterprise accounts (employee count of more than 2000) in an assigned territory while doing
cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned targets.
1. Establish & maintain a relationship with decision-makers (CXOs, HODs) to grow
company presence in enterprise space by bringing new clients
2. Identifying client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
3. Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly,
quarterly & annual basis
4. Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and
develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges
5. Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals
6. Report sales activity on CRM on customer interactions for visibility
7. Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client
Desired Profile:
1. Proven sales experience of 6 to 8 years with expertise in selling to CXOs
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
4. BA/ BSc degree, Business Administration or relevant field
