New Delhi: More than 12 crore 60 million tap connections have been given to rural homes through the Jal Jeevan Mission said by Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
Today in New Delhi, Mr. Shekhawat declared the opening of a two-day National Conference on Rural WASH Partners’ Forum. He stated the government has made numerous measures to enhance the lives of its people.
By 2024, every rural home should have a reliable tap water supply, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 2019 announcement of the Mission.
