Rajnath Singh urges the world community to strive for peace together.

Rajnath Singh, the minister of defence, has urged everyone on the planet to strive for world peace. He was speaking today at the official launch of the multi-nation Exercise MILAN, which is in its twelfth edition, in Visakhapatnam. The Armed Forces have two roles, Mr. Rajnath Singh emphasized: they fight wars and uphold law and order. The Minister emphasized that friendly nation-to-friend relations, mutual understanding, cooperation, and military interoperability are all enhanced by international military exercises. He referred to MILAN 2024 as one such effort to create the desperately required fraternal ties that span mountains and oceans.

The Minister gave his word that India will not back down from combating any danger to our national security, including human trafficking and piracy. According to him, India has made the decision to lead the Indian Ocean region as the preferred security partner and first responder. Mr. Singh went on to say that India will keep up its position as a Vishwa Mitra in forming deep alliances that help create a fair and interconnected world for all people.
