President Draupadi Murmu will formally launch a number of programmes involving education and tribal development.

Ahmedabad : The President will officially inaugurate “herStart,” a Gujarat University start-up platform for female entrepreneurs, in Ahmedabad while on a two-day visit there. One of the main initiatives of the Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC), HerSTART aims to assist female entrepreneurs in their business endeavours.
At the GMERS campus in Gandhinagar, the President yesterday dedicated and laid the cornerstone for a number of projects totaling 1,330 crore rupees. Speaking to the group, Mrs. Droupadi Murmu noted that these projects would improve the wellbeing of the populace.
The Governor of Gujarat, Acharya Devvrat, was commended by the President for his efforts to educate farmers about natural farming. According to the President, Gujarati farmers have developed a number of successful experiments in the area of agricultural growth. She claimed that Gujarat owns 20% of the national agricultural produce.
