New Delhi: At Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, the 41st India International Trade Fair (IITF) will get started. Piyush Goyal, minister of commerce and industry, will open the show, which will run through November 27. The trade show’s 2018 theme is Vocal For Local, Local to Global. The 14-day mega event takes on a special significance because it falls during “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” celebrations.

The event is being attended by 29 States and Union Territories. While Kerala and Uttar Pradesh are the fair’s Focus States, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra are the fair’s Partner States.

To highlight their accomplishments, many Central Ministries, Departments, Commodity Boards, and PSUs are taking part in this event. 12 international nations, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Iran, Nepal, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, and UK, are said to be taking part in the fair, according to our correspondent.
