Phonics eStore : Phonics education for all
Phonics eStore is a global children education initiative. Its focus is on Phonics literacy. It is the “most complete” place for Phonics. Apart from Phonics it also focuses on closely related topics namely, alphabet, handwriting and spelling.
Most of the countries are ‘developing or underdeveloped’ Phonics literacy countries. India particularly is an underdeveloped Phonics literacy country. Phonics eStore wishes to change this with a significant impact and with speed.
It believes that “five” factors can catalyse Phonics literacy worldwide, including India.
# Resources :
Make Phonics educational resources easily available on the internet through a single window in the form of a website. These resources include: books, workbooks, videos, audio, flash cards, put it up cards and Say-It tests. We have developed / collated each of these and the same are available at you tube and amazon among others.
# Mother-my-Teacher :
Support mothers with structured lessons and resources for each lesson. We have created a worldwide ‘Mother-my-Teacher’ program for 1 million mothers. This is a free program for ALL mothers in ALL countries.
# Teachers :
We have the world’s largest options for Phonics Teacher Training Courses at one place. We have free and to pay courses. We have UK and self developed courses. We are part of the global team for Phonics by Phone – a free audio phonics course that can be done on a regular mobile anywhere in the world.
# Schools :
We have the opportunity for schools to partner with us for Phonics course design, teacher training and resource access. This is a ‘to pay’ program for most.
# Franchisee / Associates : After school children education classes & Teacher Training
We have programs for education entrepreneurs to get associated across towns / cities. The programs are exclusive for children and teachers.
^ After school education classes for children
Phonics eStore is looking for franchisee / associates in each town / city for children classes.
Children education courses currently include :- (1)Phonics, (2) Alphabet, (3) Handwriting and (4) Spelling. The need for these courses exists in each town / city of India.
Franchisee / associate program includes an annual fee. There is no one-time fee or annual / monthly royalty or commission.
Currently the annual fee is : Franchisee : Rs 1.5 lac, and Associate : Rs 75,000
It is valid for a year only and is for one location / branch only.
The ‘annual fee’ mainly includes the following :
· Teacher training courses – 4 courses for 1 teacher only.
The 4 courses are : Alphabet, Handwriting, Phonics and Spelling.
One may go for 1 or more, or all the courses.
If more teachers need to be trained then same will be at additional cost per course.
· Teaching content plan
· Study kit guidance and source of purchase for students
· Access to teaching content (free for franchisee, and on to pay basis for associates)
· Listing of classes – free on our website so that parents can search for concerned class in the town / city
· Posting on social media – free on our relevant facebook pages / groups, G+, twitter and blog.
· Certificate to students
· Support on to pay basis for vacation classes
· Support on webpage on our website on to pay basis
^ Teacher training
Phonics eStore is looking for master franchisee in each state for ‘teacher training’ and ‘mothers coaching’.
This will lead to skill development and job creation among enterprising young women as well as men – as teachers.
After the training each teacher can start its own independent class for children or get associated with franchisee / associate for after school classes. Mobile teachers can be associated across nearby towns.
And for mothers, it will make them teach the topics to their child at home more effectively.
This master franchisee program includes an annual fee and commission. There is no one-time fee.
Currently the annual fee for Master Franchisee is Rs 2.5 lac. Commission is a fixed % per teacher / mother trained. It is valid for a year only, and is typically for one state only.
The ‘annual fee’ mainly includes the following :
· Teacher Trainer courses – 3 courses for 1 teacher only.
The 3 courses are : Alphabet, Handwriting and Phonics.
One may go for 1, or 2, or all the courses.
Note the franchisee program for after school and master franchisee program for teacher training are independent programs. Annual fee of each are exclusive / independent in all manners.
