Maharashtra Govt Includes Rubber Dildos in Family Planning Kits


Mumbai: Under the family planning program in Maharashtra, the Uddhav Thackeray government of the state family planning kit Have decided to include a rubber dildo with Family Planning Kits. Asha workers have started protesting against the state government’s decision to give this ‘rubber penis’. In fact, ASHA workers are puzzled as to how to explain sex simulation equipment in villages.

This step has been taken as part of the measures to spread awareness about the programme. It has been told that when Asha workers were given a dildo in the family planning kit, she was shocked to see it. Department officials have asked ASHA workers to give a demo of the kit. Asha workers across the state are opposing the inclusion of dildos in the family planning kit. Some don’t even know about it. The ASHA workers are part of a community of recognized social health workers set up by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as the National Rural Health Mission of India.
