Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram stories on Wednesday to inform her fans that her account was hacked. The actress further claimed that someone ‘tried to hack’ into her account from China.

She wrote: “Last night I got Instagram alert as someone tried to hack my account in China, the alert disappeared suddenly, and this morning all my stories about Talibanis has disappeared. My account was disabled. After calling Instagram people I could access it, but as I try to write I am getting logged out of my account again and again.”

She added that she was able to post the note from her sister’s phone her Instagram account is linked to that phone as well.

”Took my sister’s phone to do this story, as she has my account opened on her phone as well. This is a very big international conspiracy… Unbelievable,” she said.

Kangana’s Twitter account was banned earlier this year, and then actress has been actively sharing on Instagram. She recently wrapped up the shoot of her next film Dhaakad. Directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai, the film features Ranaut as an officer named Agent Agni. Also featuring Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta, Dhaakad is backed by Sohail Maklai Productions and Asylum Films.

In January, the makers had announced that the film would release theatrically on October 1.

Ranaut is also awaiting the release of multilingual biographical film Thalaivi, about the life of J Jayalalithaa, former Tamil Nadu CM.
