Gujarat’s upcoming chief minister, Bhupendra Patel, will assume office on Monday.

Gujarat: Bhupendra Patel will take over as the new chief minister of Gujarat. In the presence of party observers and top officials Rajnath Singh, Arjun Munda, and BS Yediyurappa, he was chosen to lead the party legislative. His name was suggested during the party MLAs’ meeting that was conducted today at the party office in Gandhinagar by party MLA and senior leader Kanu Desai. Manisha Ben Vakil, Raman Patkar, and other party legislators The idea was backed by Purnesh Modi and Shankar Chaudhary.

Bhupendra Patel will serve as chief minister for a second time in a row. He had already been named Chief Minister during the election campaign, so it was just a formality.

 60-year-old civil engineer Bhupendra Patel will serve as Gujrat’s chief minister for a second term. The party leadership gave him the state’s responsibilities last year. In 2017, after defeating his closest challenger by more than 1 lakh votes, he was elected as an MLA for the first time.
