New Delhi: Mega Cleanliness Drives under Swachh Bharat 2022 will be launched by Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur in Delhi’s Chandani Chowk. All villages around the nation will likewise participate in similar cleaning campaigns.
This initiative aims to coordinate the Department of Youth Affairs’ and its affiliated organisations’ Swachh Bharat 2022 efforts to further step up efforts to ensure widespread public engagement in the campaign.
Swachh Bharat 2022, a month-long nationwide initiative, began on the first of this month in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The campaign started off with the goal of collecting 1,000,000 kilogrammes of rubbish in a single month. Waste has been gathered to date in excess of 60 lakh kilogrammes.
