Gujarat : The first round of assembly election campaigning is currently underway in Gujarat. In the Saurashtra area, at Surendranagar, Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi is addressing a crowd.Voting for the 89 seats in Saurashtra, South Gujarat, and Kutch in the first round will take place on December 1. The final day to withdraw your nominations for the second round, which will be voted on on December 5th.
The campaigning for the first round of assembly elections has been accelerated by all major parties. Today, BJP leaders Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister, and Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, are actively campaigning for the party.

Additionally, Mr. Shah is travelling to Saurashtra and Kutch where he will speak at rallies at Devbhoomi Dwaraka, Geer Somnath, Junagadh, and Kutch.Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, is also present in the region today to launch the party’s election campaign there.
