New Delhi: The government’s goal to ensure Health for All has been enhanced, according to Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, thanks to the Ayushman Bharat scheme. The cashless treatment option made available under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, or AB- PMJAY, for poor and underserved families, according to Dr. Mandaviya, has significantly decreased their out-of-pocket costs, which has helped them avoid financial ruin. In New Delhi on the fourth anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, the Health Minister made this statement while interacting digitally with some recipients from various parts of the nation (AB-PMJAY).

He stated that more than 19 crore AB-PMJAY cards have been generated and that more than 3.8 crore users have benefited from free medical care as he described the scheme’s numerous features. Dr. Mandaviya also urged the States to sign up for Ayushman Bharat for citizen welfare and to participate in the National Mission for Affordable Healthcare.

He said that the Ayushman Bharat Health Account and ABHA Health ID will change the game in the healthcare industry while highlighting the key aspects of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). Several recipients described how simple it was to create the health ID and the advantages of having all of their medical records on one platform throughout the encounter. Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar, Minister of State for Health, stated that AB PMJAY has been successful in providing people with high-quality medical care.
