Exchange Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Exchange Administrator who will be responsible for Email Migrations from Lotus Notes to Exchange Online with Quest Migration Tool. The administrator will have the responsibility to design, implement and operate an Office 365 based Exchange Online Environment. The administrator should also be able to create a migration plan with the customer to perform seamless migration without any service disruptions. The Administrator should communicate technical instructions in understandable business terms and produce technical documents and should have exceptional interpersonal and communicative ability.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Exchange Administrator should be proficient on the following principal technologies:
1. Office 365 based Exchange Online Services.
2. Quest Migration Tool
3. Setup Coexistence environment between Lotus Notes and Excahnge Online
4. HCL Notes (formerly) IBM Lotus Notes Messaging Services
5. Perform Bulk Email migrations in large environments; typically above 1000 users.
6. Windows Servers Installation, Configuration and Maintenance
7. Microsoft Infrastructure Services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, etc.
8. VMware Virtualization environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the above-mentioned Principal Technologies
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar.
3. Extensive experience as an Exchange/Wintel Administrator in a related industry.
4. Ability to keep up with IT trends and innovation.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
