Hyderabad: Gayathri aka Dolly D Cruze, who gained popularity with the Telugu web series Madam Sir Madam Anthe, died after the car she was travelling in met with a =n accident in the Gachibowli area. She was returning home with her friend, Rathod, who was driving the car, late Friday night, after Holi celebrations. As per reports, Rathod, who also passed away, lost control of the car before it hit a divider on the road and overturned.
Gayathri had attained fame garnered through her YouTube channel, Jalsa Rayudu, as well as by being an Instagram influencer.
Gayathri was declared dead on the spot, whereas Rathod was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to injuries. A 38-year old woman was caught underneath the vehicle when it crashed and overturned. She too, drew her last breath at the accident site itself.
Gayathri initially attained fame through her YouTube channel, Jalsa Rayudu, besides her glamorous Instagram posts. Following her rise on social media, she got the opportunity to act in the web series, Madam Sir Madam Anthe. She had also appeared in numerous short films.
