The implementation of technology throughout supply chains, economics, and social sectors is necessary for sustainable development, as stressed by Telecommunications Secretary Dr. Neeraj Mittal. During yesterday’s World Telecom and Information Society Day roundtable discussion in New Delhi, Dr. Mittal made this statement to the attendees. In order to achieve sustainable development, Dr. Mittal underlined that having a strong telecom network system in the nation is essential. According to him, by 2025–2026, the digital economy in India will be worth around 1.5 billion dollars, or a solid 15% of the country’s GDP. Participating in the Roundtable Discussion on Sustainable Digital Development Driven by AI were over thirty manufacturers, industry leaders, and start-ups.
