Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Executive
Sales of Electrical, Sanitary, Hand Tool, Power tools, and safety (PPE) products.
Identifying new leads and potential opportunities for retail opportunities in the market. Cold calling to arrange meetings with customers to prospect for new businesses.
Building long term business relationships with potential customers in the market.
Interacting with customers to obtain detailed product or service requirements and assist the workshop technical team for providing quick and apt solutions.
Monitoring day to day workflow staring with customer inquiries and requests, cost estimation, quotation preparation, scheduling, and job execution until completion as per clients requirements.
Continuously liaising with the showroom, and warehouse to fulfil customer requirements.
Controlling credit customers and credit sales by taking approval from the management.
Filing all quotations, purchase orders, and other documents in a proper manner.
Evaluating customer and competitor data, conducting market research, and implementing marketing plan alterations as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Self-Motivated with excellent communication skills – in English.
- Must possess excellent emotional quotient with a keen ability to understand people and interact with people from different cultural background.
- Organized and meticulous in forming sales strategy.
- Target oriented and has a passion to achieve and close sales.
- Must have demonstrated experience as a successful sales executive in any one of the following areas : Electrical, Sanitary, Tools and PPE
- Individual must have Qatar or GCC experience – and must have good experience in dealing with clients from Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management Etc.
- Candidate Driving License preferred
