Pay Scale/ Monthly Salary:
PGT (Chemistry / Physics) : 8th Pay level of VIIth CPC (Basic Pay 47,600) + DA + Other admissible allowances & benefits TGT (Computer Science) : 7th Pay level VIIth of CPC (Basic Pay 44,900) + DA + Other admissible allowances & benefits TGT (English): ₹ 23000/- per month Art Master: ₹ 23000/- per month Counsellor: ₹ 23000/- per month Matron / Warden: ₹ 21000/- per month GE Ladies: ₹ 12500/- per month Lady PTI: ₹ 21000/- per month
Educational Qualification and Experience:
PGT: M.Sc. Post Graduate in relevant discipline with B.Ed.
TGT: B.Sc. Degree in relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed
Art Master: Five years recognised Diploma in Drawing and Painting/ Sculpture / Graphic Arts (OR) Graduation in Fine Arts (BFA) Drawing/ Painting/ Sculpture/ Component.
Counsellor: Post graduate or P G Diploma in Psychology or clinical Psychology or Social work or child Development. Minimum 01 year experience.
Matron / Warden: Matriculation or equivalent passed or above qualification
GE Ladies: Matriculation or equivalent passed or above
Lady PTI: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education.
Selection Process: Written Test / Interview.
Application Fee:
₹ 500/- for General Category and ₹ 250/- for SC/ST category (non-refundable) for TGTs, PGTs , Art master & Counsellor. ₹ 250/- for General Category and ₹ 150/- for SC/ST category (non refundable) for Matron/ Warden & GE Ladies and Lady PTI. Demand Draft (DD) in favour of ‘Principal, Sainik School Kazhakootam’ payable at any Nationalised bank at Trivandrum.
