Production Manager
Job Description
- Works with the supervisor and production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the defined project goals as set by Management.
- Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
- Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes, and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learning.
- Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the team and with senior management.
- Prepare and submit monthly statistical analysis for ( sale, production ,deliveries, wastage and physical stock) of block.
- Prepare monthly raw-material receivable and consumable report to General Managers review.
- Identifies the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimizes their implementation and deployment.
- Identifies processes that can improve project efficiency and act as a change agent for them.
- Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
Required Candidate profile
- B.E.( Civil /Production / Mechanical/ Relevant degree based on concrete technology)with minimum 10 years of production experience .
