Mr. Joshi said at the opening of these portals that every citizen should read the Preamble to the Constitution in one of the 23 languages available to them. He lavishly praised Dr. B.R. Ambedkar for his outstanding contribution to the creation of the nation’s Constitution, which has so far shaped India’s future as a powerful democracy.

According to Mr. Joshi, the Constitution has been crucial in empowering the oppressed and those in the back row. Regarding the fundamental principles of the Constitution, he emphasised that this text upholds Justice, Equality, and Liberty while also encouraging Fraternity among citizens.
