International Sales Opportunity for a leading ICP i.e. Institutional Channel Partner firm 360 Realtors.

We have positions open across different levels – individual as well team handling profile for international real estate sales.

  1. Convincing prospective clients in the best possible way
  2. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
  3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
  4. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
  5. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  6. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  7. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  8. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities

Compensation – Fixed plus lucrative incentives.



**The person should be willing to do field sales and willing to build career internationally.
