The Indian delegation to the SCO Summit, which will take place in Islamabad on October 15 and 16, will be led by External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar. This was verified by Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal this afternoon at a Delhi media conference.
Regarding Zakir Naik’s visit to Pakistan, Mr. Jaiswal stated that Pakistan’s high-ranking reception of a wanted man from India does not surprise India. He called it depressing and morally reprehensible.
