Ajay Kumar Mishra Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, the Union Government built 28,000 homes for the armed troops in the previous nine years.
On Thursday, he opened the National Security Group’s special and composite group quarters near Chennai. He noted that the Indian Defence Forces personnel not only serve the nation’s citizens, but also contribute to world peace and stability through their peacekeeping missions. The Minister informed them that the Government has given them permission to receive treatment at more than 20,000 private and public hospitals around the Nation. According to him, the Ayushman Bharat Scheme has benefited 39 lakh employees.
