Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven Business Analyst/ Project Manager, with a passion for customer experience, business process and solution design and a real desire to work in the digital space.
Your abilities and experience will allow you to work across a wide variety of projects and clients. You will be a self-starter with a keen eye to detail, the ability to learn new software quickly.
You will be responsible for configuring and testing our ecommerce (eg Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce or Etsy), sales channels (eg Walmart or Wayfair) and 3PL connectors (we have 50+) for each new client.
You will manage the cutover from legacy to new state (process and solutions) to ensure that all postings are 100% accurate. And you should be comfortable describing issues to our developers so that we can bug-fix and design new scope where we have gaps.
You should be comfortable with keeping our training and configuration documentation up to date as well as delivering online tutorials for the different user communities.
Desired Candidate Profile
You are a talented eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist, Business Analyst or eCommerce Operations Specialist with at least 5 years experience working with different commerce platforms, ERPs and 3P Logistics companies. You may also have experience of working with different ERPs such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Brightpearl, Unleashed or Dear.
