- Enter/Select the Other Details like Date of Birth, Suffix, Government ID Number, Unique ID Number (UID), and Phone.
- Under the Address Detail, Select State, District, Sub District Name (Rural/Urban), and URL Code.
- Verify all the details and click on the submit button.
