The Prime Minister examined the Guard of Honour and unfurled the national flag at the famous Red Fort. Prime Minister Modi stated in his speech that this country is thankful to all of the martyrs and freedom fighters and feels indebted to them. He said that now is a time to honor the outstanding individuals who have committed their lives to safeguarding the country, advancing it, and raising it to unprecedented heights.

According to Mr. Modi, the nation owes the independence warriors for granting everyone the right to breathe without restriction. He emphasized that individuals from all spheres of society—youth, women, farmers, and tribe members—continued to struggle against slavery. He claimed that history demonstrated that numerous tribal territories were engaged in independence conflicts even prior to the 1857 liberation movement.

The Prime Minister stated that “Vocal for Local” was the government’s motto. He was happy that every district now takes pride in its produce and that Vocal for Local has become the new mantra. According to him, “One District One Product” is becoming well-liked. The recent spike in natural calamities worried the prime minister. He conveyed his condolences to the impacted parties and gave them the assurance that the country was supporting them during these trying times.
