For the Agniveer (SSR) position for 02/2023, the Indian Navy is accepting applications from Indian nationals who meet the requirements. According to the official notification for the Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, there are 1365 openings, 273 of which are designated for women. Under the terms of the Navy Act of 1957, the chosen applicants would be appointed for a term of four years in the Indian Navy. Agniveers would constitute a unique rank that would be distinct from all other ranks and would be the lowest rank in the Indian Navy. The Agniveers are only contracted for a four-year period, and the Indian Navy is not required to keep them.
According to the official Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 announcement, applicants for the aforementioned position must have been born between November 1, 2002, and April 30, 2006. Candidates who are chosen will receive a salary of Rs. 30000 per month with a predetermined annual rise. Shortlisting (a computer-based online assessment), Written assessment, PFT, and Recruitment Medical Examination will be used to choose candidates. On or before the deadline, interested and qualified candidates must submit an online application through the official website. There won’t be any other forms of application accepted. The final day to submit an online application is June 15, 2023, according the official Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 notification.
Candidates applying for the aforementioned position must have at least one of the following qualifications in addition to maths and physics from their 10+2 examination:- Chemistry, biology, and computer science from boards of school education approved by the Indian Ministry of Education.
According to the official Indian Navy Recruitment 2023 announcement, candidates applying for this position must submit an online application fee of Rs. 550 + 18% GST by net banking, Visa/Master/RuPay credit/debit cards, or UPI. Only candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee will receive admit cards for the exam.
