In advance of Parliament’s Budget Session on Sunday, the government has called an all-party meeting. In order to maintain the smooth operation of both Houses of Parliament, the government will ask for assistance from all political parties during the meeting. The budget session is scheduled to take place from this month’s 22nd to next month’s 12th. On July 23, the Union Budget is scheduled to be unveiled. In its third term, this will be the first budget under the Narendra Modi administration. President Droupadi Murmu declared last month, at a joint session of both Houses of Parliament, that the budget will serve as a practical blueprint for the government’s ambitious plans and forward-thinking outlook.
