The much-awaited trailer of director SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus RRR was released on Thursday. Rajamouli seems all set to outperform the visual extravagance of his Baahubali films.
At the beginning of the trailer itself, Rajamouli pitches his lead characters essayed by Jr NTR and Ram Charan as immensely powerful men. The patriotic dialogues and action sequences of the period drama have already taken over social media and fans are in awe of the film. The trailer promises yet another epic cinematic experience–full of intense action and emotional drama, complemented by breath-taking visuals.
RRR narrates a fictional tale based on the lives of two freedom fighters in the early 20th century—Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, played by Ram Charan and Jr NTR. The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody.
The much-awaited film missed its release dates multiple times amid the pandemic. Now it is slated to hit cinema halls on January 7 and will also be released in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
