New Delhi: The Rashtrapati Bhavan will be accessible to the general public five days a week from december 1. Since Covid-19 stopped, the general public’s access to the Rashtrapati Bhavan was limited to just two days. By increasing the number of days, the president’s official house will be more open to the public and accessible weekdays as well.
Except on holidays, the public can take guided tours of the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Visitors can see the main building, the library, and other areas during slots that are accessible from 10 am to 4 pm.
There will be a 50 rupee registration fee each person. A party of 30 visitors will be charged 1200 per visit. Only kids under eight are free from paying registration fees. The Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum Complex is open to visitors six days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday. The museum complex also has artefact displays and stables.
