He discussed helpful coping mechanisms to promote a happy childhood during the workshop, like deep breathing and cognitive restructuring. Dr. Rashmi Sharma Yadav, the Deputy Commissioner of Police at the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, emphasized the significance of cyber hygiene and security for kids in a different session.

She gave a list of safeguards against fraudulent online gaming apps, grooming, and cyberbullying. She also emphasized the significance of responsible internet use, parental knowledge, and protecting personal information. She urged pupils to report cyber fraud by calling the helpline 1930.
