The march commenced at 6:15 AM from Alappuzha Beach, with participants holding banners and placards carrying anti-drug messages. The rally saw widespread participation, reflecting a growing public determination to tackle the menace of narcotics that is increasingly affecting the youth.

Participants, including school and college students, athletes, artists, and public figures, took a collective pledge to remain vigilant, spread awareness, and support rehabilitation efforts for those affected.
