- It takes the online applicants to the Home Page Below.
- Click on the Domestic Entry in the Menu Bar on the Home Page.
- It takes the online user to the following page below.
- Enter the Mobile Number Number and NORKA Registration Number on the newly opened page.
- Click on the Verify Button at the bottom of the fields.
- It takes the online users to the Domestic Returnees Registration Page.
- Enter the Mobile Number and Click on the Verify Button.
- It then sends an OTP to the Registered Mobile Number.
- Enter the OTP button.
- After entering the OTP, click on the verify button.

- Enter the Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth, Gender, ID Number, From Address and Address in Kerala, Pin Code, and Email ID.
