Day to day operational Support
1)-Clinomic Franchise Support Managers shall visit your centers every month for the planning of the marketing activity for the current and the next month and ensure that the plans are executed effectively by the local team available at centre.
2) Territory Marketing Manager will ensure regular visits to interact with counselors and marketing executives to ensure the planning and execution of activities.
3)- Creative head will assist in designing all the marketing collaterals considering the understanding level of target group.
4)-Regular meetings and trainings for all the team members will be conducted on a quarterly, half yearly basis by experts and professionals specially hired for these sessions.
5)- Marketing team will prepare the strategies to approach the places where Clinomic target group has its presence like, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, etc.
Academic support
1)- Clinomic Faculty Forum will minutely monitor the faculty.
2)- Clinomic conducts regular training of the faculty at the Head Office & the Regional Office level.
3)-We keep a check & control over the quality of delivery by our franchise through Regional Academic Managers for necessary action.
